Hello, and thank you for visiting Full Motion Bodywork and Massage, LLC. My name is Kelly and for the last 12 years I have dedicated my life to the art of massage therapy. I have been very fortunate to have worked with a variety of health care providers that have given me a well-rounded balance of education in the alternative health field.

My focus has always been sports and deep tissue massage, but I am able to do a variety of modalities, which is why I have been blessed to have my own thriving massage practice. Over the years I have worked with a number of clients who have come to me for chronic low back pain, sciatic nerve issues, frozen shoulder, TMJ, as well as plantar fasciitis, just to name a few.

In this site I will cover commonly asked body related questions and highlight muscles that are often over worked and how to treat the areas yourself. My hope is to provide you with the education you need to help correct bad repetitive motions that cause pain so that you can live a happier, healthier, more productive life!

Finding the right massage therapist:

Finding the right massage therapist can be difficult at time, every massage therapist is unique and specializes in something different. My style is result based massage that focuses on key areas of the body to alleviate chronic or acute pain. A typical session with me will include:

  1. Deep tissue
  2. Trigger point work
  3. Stretching
  4. And the occasional cupping

My preferred style of massage is deep tissue and sports, I can do lighter pressure but even my light is a bit firm so if you are looking for a light massage I would not be the best choice for you. Even with firm pressure I can still give a fantastic relaxing massage. It is not uncommon for a client to start the session all wound up then fast asleep a few moments later.

It’s you session so you set the pace!

My goal is to answer as many questions as possible related to massage, pain management and alternative health methods. I hope to help clients not only on my massage table but with education and understanding of their pain. I know a lot about pain so please let me help relieve your tension by booking a medical massage today! Please see service page for pricing and scheduling options.
