Rhomboids Muscle Group

If you have ever experienced pain in your upper back chances are the Rhomboids are to blame. The Rhomboids are the  number one complaint I get from clients.

A simple exercise you can do to alleviate pressure and trigger points with the Rhomboids is to lay on the floor and place a tennis ball directly on them and simply lay into the muscle and take several deep breaths
